RIVCHO has the following seasoned professionals as its Executive Committee:


Rev Francis WaiveREV. FRANCIS E. WAIVE (Executive Director)

Clergy, Accountant, Social Researcher and Scientist, Avid Community and Rural Demographic Expert, Newspaper Columnist, Radio & TV Evangelist as well as Development Planner. Once a Unionist and has attended several Seminars and Workshops both at home and abroad.



MR. Ese Agbagbarha (Finance Director)

A professional with varied work experience in accountancy, banking, marketing and auditing. Enjoys challenges and has a proven track record of integrity. Job Specification in RIVCHO includes:
*Monitoring finances and provide solid Management Accounting
* Ensuring prompt reporting of financial information
*Proving effective and efficient financial management
*Ensuring quality project management control


Mr. Waterway Emmanuel (Programme Manager)

He holds a university degree in computer science from the university of Port Harcourt He has been involved in various developmental and social action research projects, as an analyst and social scientist. Married and blessed with two lovely children. Waterway is responsible for RIVCHO’s various intervention programmes as well as developmental planning.


Mr. Edafe Hitler (Finance Manager):

A Non-State Intervention personnel, Edafe specializes in accounting and finance as well as Social & Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) Strategy. He is experienced in the financial management and execution of community/field-based health-related programs. He has been involved in various intervention programs as well as developmental planning funded by multi-lateral agencies.


Uboko AkpesiriMs. Uboko Akpesiri (M & E Officer):

A graduate of Medical Bio-Chemistry from the Delta State University, Akpesiri has her Masters in Public Health (with specialty in Health Promotion and Education) in view this year from the University of Ibadan. Akpesiri had a stint with Ibadan based NGO ‘Association for Reproductive and Family Health’ (ARFH) before coming to RIVCHO.




Mr. Fred Obanogun (Procurement & Supplies Officer)

An Economist/Accountant with extensive contacts, Fred manages logistics for RIVCHO projects. He brings to bear his vast experience on a wide range of activities, including general administration, assets tracking, financial and investments analysis. He has been involved in various intervention program as well as developmental planning funded by multi-lateral agencies.



Trained as a Nurse at the prestigious Eku Baptist Hospital School of Nursing before proceeding to the Delta State School of Midwifery Sapele for further studies. She has over fifteen years of experience and joined RIVCHO because she has a heart for community service. Today she is the MATRON in charge of RIVCHO MEDICAL CENTRE as well as handling Patient Care in our medical outreaches. She is happily married and blessed with children.



Dr Nicholas Eikhale (Medical Officer)

A university of Benin trained medical Doctor has joined RIVCHO with the primary responsibility of managing the clinic in Enerhen Warri. Dr Eikhale will also be involved in the several RIVCHO medical outreach projects in the Niger Delta. He comes with a passion to serve.


Frank WaiveFrank Waive (Research & Strategic Planning / IT Officer):

An IT expert, Frank undertakes online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization. It’s his responsibility to improve and develop communications material for the organization such as brochure, website, annual report, DVD, poster etc. He represents RIVCHO in coalitions such as PWYP, PPFA, DELBAG and many others


MS NKECHI ONYEWUYI(Community Mobilization officer)

A Registered Nurse by training handles logistics for RIVCHO and also is involved in Community Mobilization.
